Sheena has over 10 years of experience as an RMT and seven years teaching massage therapy at the college level. Her treatments are thoughtful and individually tailored, addressing immediate pain and concerns while investigating the underlying fascial, muscular, postural, joint, and nervous system contributors to get to the root of symptoms. She works to create space in the body, allowing time for tissues to warm, relax, and recalibrate. Sheena blends science-backed modalities, skill, and curiosity into every treatment. Sheena brings genuine joy to her work and takes great care to help every client feel understood, supported, and renewed.
Sheena treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including headaches and migraines; TMJ dysfunction and facial pain (including intra-oral work); desk-related and “tech-neck” issues; postural dysfunction; breast health; pre- and postnatal care; concussions and whiplash; and abdominal work for constipation relief. A lifelong anatomy and biology enthusiast, Sheena enjoys helping clients understand how their bodies work, heal, and adapt. She also provides home care recommendations to extend the benefits of each treatment.
Off the clock, Sheena can usually be found down underground cinema rabbit holes, wandering nature trails, hunting vintage gems, travelling with her husband, happily doting on her dog, and catching up over coffee with friends.
